"We visited during the new year and they were apparently short-staffed so the wait time was extremely long. The waiter did his best but couldn’t make up for the fact that we waited more than an hour for the food. Waiting time aside, it is a lovely place and felt like you are literally dining at home. Food is great and tasted authentic. The Hanglay sauce pork was tender and nicely done. The dishes were herbal as a Northern cusine should be from my understanding but perhaps this is not to everyone’s palette. I’d love it give it a 5 stars but couldn’t - due to the horrendous wait. Might have a better time visiting out of holiday peak."
"Lumphun's best local Northern Thai food! The flavours are very delicious and classic. Northern spicy minced pork salad and pork grilled with Hunglae sauce are must try!! The ambiance is warm and inviting. The service is excellent with the cutie cats. The time we spend here is quite enjoyable. You can tell that the owner put a lot of effort and thought in the place and menu, everything is just so nice. I can easy spend a day here. Have to leave and catch the train.
